For Project grants April 1 and October 1 each year
For Research Fellowships and Center Support: April 1 each year

In 2008, the Foundation’s grant capacity amounts to NOK 20 mill (USD 3 mill). At the beginning of the year, about half of this amount has been allocated to continuation of previously awarded center support, and for partial funding of chairs in acute medicine.
